Set of  Two CarltonWare Vert Royale Demitasse Cup and Saucer Sets

Here are two beautiful Carltonware Vert Royale demitasse coffee cup and saucer sets. Both footed cups are gilded on the inside with a lustrous gold. The sets are a lovely green shade trimmed in gold (handle, foot, rim of saucer). The sets are in excellent condition, no chips or cracks, light crazing, and they make a beautiful display. The light crazing is consistent with Carltonware of this age. The cups measure 2 1/2" in diameter at the top and 2 1/2" high; the saucers are 4 3/8" diameter. All pieces have the backstamp "CarltonWare Made in England Trademark".
